David brings 4 years of experience in construction management, building envelope design, and review. He has experience in both the contractor and consultant sides of the industry, with projects ranging from school construction to historical restoration and new construction, roof replacement, and building reclad. David also has experience in building assessment with two years of reserve fund study inspections, BEVA and BECA.
