As a Just organization, METAFOR has established a framework and corresponding metrics to guide our operating policies as an investment in, and promotion of, our diverse and inclusive culture and work environment. As a voluntary disclosure tool, rather than a certification program, it is a transparency platform that helps us assess our operations and company culture in areas related to equity and social justice, including how we value our employees and where we make financial and community investments. It requires reporting on a range of organization-and employee-related indicators that outline measurable accountabilities in order for the organization to be recognized at specific levels of performance as indicated on the Just label.
