Emily brings over 23 years of experience to METAFOR. Early in her career, Emily worked in the custom home building sector where she fine tuned her skills in project coordination and management, collaborating one-on-one with clients to help manage the complexities of the home building and construction process. It was through this experience and many others since, that she has developed a deep understanding and appreciation for operational efficiencies and project management. After several years in the home building arena, Emily transitioned to the procurment side and worked with small business owners, architects and interior designers to help them manage the day to day operations of the business. Working as part of a collaborative team is what drives Emily and fuels her creativity and passions. A constant learner, Emily always brings curiosity and purpose to any challenge. She is a streamliner at heart, so any opportunity to bring efficiency and innovation to any project is at the heart of who she is and what she brings to the METAFOR team.
