Khaled was born into a large and supportive family that valued and upheld their traditions. His father, born in the historic city of Alexandria, Egypt and a mechanical engineer with a keen eye for detail, passed on his talent to Khaled, fostering his passion for numbers. While attending university, Khaled ran his family’s business and majored in accounting. He later secured a position in the Trade Services Department at HSBC in the banking industry. After spending several years in the United States, Khaled moved to Canada, where he shifted his focus to project accounting and reporting. Khaled’s personal interest in urban design eventually led him to pursue a career in architecture and interior design. As the Controller for METAFOR, Khaled’s primary responsibilities included project accounting, reporting, and billing.
