With more than 10 years of experience in architectural drafting, Steve is an expert in single to multi-family residential projects. He has a deep understanding of building codes, bylaws, and construction assemblies. As an architectural technologist, Steve is responsible for reviewing and preparing design development drawings for each project. He also manages contract administration services, coordinates and reviews plans with all consultants, and ensures that all aspects of the design are met.
