Located centrally on the valley floor, the development features dramatic views to the southwest of the Rundle Mountain Range, down the Bow Valley and to the north towards Our Lady Macdonald, and Silvertip.
Conceptually, the building is conceived as a contemporary take on traditional mountain materials, as well as architectural massing and form. The project is ‘street oriented’ along Bow Valley Trail to facilitate a strong street presence to support the Town of Canmore's vision of creating a welcoming and inviting gateway for visitors to the Town.
