METAFOR as prime consultant, along with a subconsultant team was engaged through Colliers Project Leaders and Canada Post Corporation to implement a brand new letter carrier facility of approximately 65,000 ft².
Project Details
This facility is located at the YQR Business Park in Regina, Saskatchewan and will eventually replace the current downtown facility.
The team successfully worked with teams from both Alberta and Saskatchewan through virtual meetings and on site through program and design development and approval processes.

The facility incorporates nationwide CPC specific standards for all areas and includes a thorough review process of modifying CPC standards to comply with local requirements and provincial laws in response to the advancements of both energy and building codes.
Besides a large sorting area and loading docks, the building includes administrative spaces, lunchrooms, lockers, and change rooms.
