The design infused bold colours and statement accents. The client wanted an emphasis on the design, lighting acoustics, and durability.

Despite working throughout a global pandemic, the project was completed on time because of strong team collaboration of the project team (architect, client, consultants, contractor). The project now serves as the new standard in office design throughout the company's entire operation.

    Designed with people in mind.

From simplistic to fun, the open workplace concept was infused throughout the entire design with bold boardrooms, durable lab areas, and a functional warehouse space. The project team's considered design had to be for multiple users and departments within a single space, allowing differing workstyles, requirements and must-have’s of varying importance.
Intention programming and adjacency information ensured the client was properly informed and prepared to best establish schematic layouts for less changes in future stages or growth. Well managed consultant coordination was key to aligning the design intent  from a systems visual aspect.
