A hybrid workplace needs to have spaces for people to connect and engage.
Whether individuals are working in private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, or social hubs, these spaces offer diverse work typologies to an ever-evolving demographic with various flexible workspace options to choose from. METAFOR worked with Oxford Properties to create this open workplace show suite with a casual and flexible layout for a tenant to design their own workspace typology and culture. The 10,141 ft2 suite offers two private meeting rooms, an open kitchen, and an opportunity to customize a large open space for meetings, townhalls, corporate gatherings, and special events.
