The hotel aims to highlight views along Lynx Street towards the mountains and the notable, historical Melissa’s Missteak Restaurant.
The building also integrates a five-meter-wide landscaped public passageway which aims to increase Banff’s pedestrian experience and the connections from Banff Avenue towards the Bow River Pathway.
