Located on Bow Valley Trail in Canmore Alberta, the 98-unit Rundle Park development is imagined as a resort style luxury visitor accommodation experience with amenities including a plaza fronting onto Bow Valley Trail, a user-led spa featuring Nordic Spa elements, multi-seasonal enclosed patios, re-purposed air stream trailer (in homage to the history of the site as an RV park), fitness area, bicycle rentals CRU, childrens play area and more!
Project Details
The contemporary architectural style is inspired by chalets in the Swiss Alps combined with Japanese timber detailing and wood screening.
This aesthetic will be something new for the Town of Canmore and its recognized mountain architecture, yet it will compliment the surrounding context well.

Rundle Park in Canmore is a visitors’ accommodation development with one commercial retail unit on the ground floor to improve the streetscape and reinforce commercial presence along Bow Valley Trail.
The building is 4-storeys with an additional loft level with mezzanine space only. This project is currently seeking development approval with construction slated to start in late 2023.
