Project Details

A high contextual material palette seamlessly integrated the building into the site and surrounding neighborhood, providing two outdoor community amenity spaces, and private amenity spaces. This layered approach also merged existing heritage elements and characters.

The project proposed providing 34 residential condo units consisting of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus den, and 3-bedroom housing units. This range of adaptable unit types and sizes was incorporated to maximize sales and provide a variety of price points. The design was envisioned with both current and future locals in mind.  Amenities included private amenity areas of 5m² per unit, as well as landscaped public and green spaces, acknowledgment of existing heritage buildings, and vehicle and bicycle parking. Additionally, assigned unit storage is available for residents to store recreational equipment.
