The Peaks Landing development is more than just housing — it was a unique opportunity to develop much needed access to housing for residents and families within the Town of Canmore.
Project Details
The development was designed to deliver a sense of belonging and connectivity to enhance the surrounding neighbourhood and breathe some life into the Peaks of Grassi community.
The proposed development offered 10 conventional 3-bedroom townhomes with two distinct unit types providing choice and perspective. Site amenities comprised private outdoor patios and balconies, enclosed vehicle and bicycle parking, and a landscaped green space with a small social gathering area. Onsite unit storage was incorporated into the design to ensure residents had a multitude of storage options (garage, interior, basement).
