The proposed development offered 10 conventional 3-bedroom townhomes with two distinct unit types providing choice and perspective. Site amenities comprised private outdoor patios and balconies, enclosed vehicle and bicycle parking, and a landscaped green space with a small social gathering area. Onsite unit storage was incorporated into the design to ensure residents had a multitude of storage options (garage, interior, basement).
